    Here is a new 460 RiverPro that is under way as well as the 440, One of the features with the 460 is that instead of using a std 2400mm long sheet for the delta we are using the longer sheets which does cost a little bit more but it increases the 12mm impact area :big_smile:

    Turned over, Both boats are having a hatch in the front and the 440 is having a walk through screen :big_smile:

    here is how the lower dash goes in as one piece, the pic is of the piece rolled (it has pen lines put on it by the router cutter to give the angle to roll to) and with the lip on the bottom being welded before fitting.

    The next boat is another 460 but where this one will have a new ford the next one will have a Chev (LS), all will have new Southern jets with trim :big_smile:

    On the trailer ready to fit the jet, The jet block is solid bar welded and machined in the mill to the correct angle.
    The jet block is bolted in only because some of the boats that we have repaired in the past year have had welded in jet blocks and they are a mission to fix when they get get bent.. :shame:

    Unit steering,reverse,trim and holes cut for gauges. Off to be painted next week :big_smile:
