its a eaton M62 stock boost at this stage but will be making a aftercooler for it :money:

specs are 275 lbs @ 3000 rpm and 225 HP @ 5000rpm, so they a good rev range, the aftercooler gives its about another 50-70 kw

they recon up to 20% but even 10% is 25hp, for the time it took to do it i think its worth it

from what i have read on the net is its about making it smoother to produce less friction in turn reducing the intake temps, heat being the enemy of forced induction i think that's where the increase of power comes from rather than more air.

after finding out that the drive coupling can be fitted 12 different ways i now have it on. ordered the heat exchanger core yesterday and getting the material to make it Wednesday  its going to be a bar and grill heat exchanger rather than the heat elements that the mace ones are, Heat Exchanger Services said it will work ten times better, i will also have the water flow in one direction so no warm water will be getting put back thru the aftercooler. its going to be 60mm high but the heat exchanger is only 50mm, should still work a treat :exciting: pictures to come :grimace:
