Finally some progress happening, I have spent a HUGE amount of time working with the people drawing the boats and building a very comprehensive jig to build any deadrise with or without steel or plastic recessed. What it means is we will have the ability to produce every boat the same in various sizes. It means that if the unfortunate happens and a boat is damaged we will be able to supply say a side that will fit straight on and could be fitted by any competent welder any where. The jig also lets us do a glass top. Ill put up pics over the next couple of days. I am real happy with end result and happy we took our time as it has paid off with the quality and the ability to provide a top of the line boat at a reasonable price.

Finally some pics, The jig is working great but its taken some time :grimace: these pics show the hull still on the jig but all the templates etc are done. The screen is just the template and the one that goes on the boat will not be joined

This is roughly the room we are aiming for in the 4.3m boat with the coupling we plan on using, The last one shows the cutout for the plastic going forward of the main delta

Jet fitted and bolted down. Almost ready for paint.

Pics of the next 4.3 same as the other only 16deg no plastic. Both boats have 12mm 5083 delta and 6mm 5083 outters and bow sheets, To know if a boat builder is using 5083 check the radius of the fold of the outter sheet where it bends up to the engine bearer. if its a sharp bend then its not 5083

Awesome day today as the 4.3 LS1 RiverPro hit the water.....The boat way exceeded our expectations with its performance and handling, it is simply outstanding with slow plane, precise handling, soft riding and exceptional high speed handling with no porpoising etc even with up trim in deep water. The boat sits nice with neutral trim with water breaking at the back seat, trim it up on the nozzle and it sits like a race boat with the rooster to match :exciting: .
GPS up stream 95kmh and down 107km, We are running large impellers and cruse rpm is 2800rpm and WOT 4950rpm. We could get more from it but it is perfect for its intended use, remember it is 14deg with plastic but i doubt anyone could pick that it is 14 and not 16deg so as you can imagine the shallow water capabilities are awesome :exciting:
IT IS A TOP HANDLING BOAT! More pics and figures of it on the water tomorrow
Remember this is only 4.3m long and check out how much room it has
