opened the manifold up a bit too, gives it more area to cool the air.
intercooler all done
Love your build.
Thanks for posting all the photos.
What is the material that you machined the intercooler out of.
Will the height be too much?
As an aside, is there some sort of liquid plastic, you could cast the little radiator into then machine flat.

product is called carp, its good for 130 deg mace engineering do one thats 55mm thick so it should b fine
Looking good
every plug fits apart from the MAF sensor and throttle sensor do you need a maf sensor to run the engine? it has a MAP sensor, could i just use that?
What computer are you going to use?
good news, the memcal that i got is for a manual so it does not need a MAF sensor just the 2 bar MAP sensor :D retro fit the throttle position switch then its all ready to get wired up
got both manifolds bolted on, its starting to look like an engine now
got the boat back from the paint shop too
That's looking the business now.
Well done.
Keep up the pictures.

cheers Steelo, its going to take a while juggling work and a new family but im getting there. hope to get engine in this weekend, gotta make or find a alternator bracket for it b4 i can get a belt to drive the supercharger and fire it up
manifold off, gonna have a play on the mill and see if i can make them sit a bit more vertical.
one side done, its tucked it 100mm at the top the gunual it 1400mm inside so i use to have have 230mm each side of the manifolds now im going to have about 330mm
alternator bracket on its way for the money i paid for it i couldn't make a one, its gonna take a few days to arrive but should be sweet.
looking good!
Great idea to machine the headers.
Can you still get the rocker covers off of you need to.
How did you go flushing the sand out of the manifolds.
Keep up the pics

hose for the sand, the oil cap and rocker covers could be an issue but time will tell
the manifolds were joined together with RTV blocking most of the passengers so a little less this time
RTV should be just a thin film Ben,Have seen many good engines destroyed by too much RTV aye.Looking good though
tail peace almost done, gotta wait for nozzle to do the final touches. got a bit thirsty to a had a bourbon to quench the thirst
went to fit the fuel rail in the weekend, its exactly 55mm too short got a injector rail extenders in a kit on its way now... hope they fit
inlet manifold and senders all modified its almost wired up now alternator bracket arrives in about a week, by then i should have everything all hooked up and ready for the fire up
When will you get it wet Ben!!
