    Hi Mike after tuning by you on a slightly crook blade, i now have my damaged blade issue sorted and it is running very sweet. 212 silent in fact, on a 2 stage that is great! so very happy. an old pump saying in industry is BVP = BEP best vibration (noise) point = best efficiency point

    Pulling 5300 with a 111mm insert now, when tuning we saw 5460 on 114mm (have not tried that again with blade repaired) with the slightest of slip.

    Question: can you please give me an idea of the changes in performance or feel between this 111mm insert and say a 109 or 114? I am having ryan make me up a 112 insert (as the 111 feels ok and no where near slipping

    Cool, The 109 will make it feel sluggish and suck revs. Go as big as you can with no slip as it will give you the best punch and speed. I would go 113 and keep the 111 for when you get a bit of wear :big_smile:
